Wallvish Decor is a home décor brand offering wallpapers, customized wallpapers, wooden flooring, vinyl flooring, curtains, blinds, and related installation services through an appointment-based model.
We provide product consultation, site visits, design guidance, supply of décor products, and professional installation as per agreed quotations.
Wallvish Decor does not sell products directly through an online “Buy Now” option. All purchases are initiated through booking an appointment, consultation, and final quotation approval.
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Customers must provide accurate contact details, site location, and requirements. Wallvish Decor is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect information.
Design consultation and site visits are offered free of charge, unless otherwise stated. Availability depends on location and scheduling.
All measurements taken on-site are considered final for execution. Any changes requested after confirmation may impact cost, delivery time, or feasibility.
Product visuals, catalogs, and samples are indicative. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting, printing, or material nature.
Customized wallpapers and made-to-order products are created based on client approval. Once approved, such products cannot be cancelled or returned.
All quotations are valid for the period mentioned in the quote. Prices may change after expiry or if scope is altered.
A minimum advance payment is required to confirm orders and initiate processing. The percentage will be mentioned in the quotation.
The remaining balance must be paid as per the payment milestones defined in the quotation, usually before or at the time of installation.
Delivery timelines vary by product category. Selected items may be delivered within 2 days, while customized products may take longer.
Free installation is provided for eligible products as mentioned in the quote. Installation timelines depend on site readiness and product availability.
The customer must ensure the site is ready for installation (clean walls, completed civil work, power availability). Delays due to site conditions are not the company’s responsibility.
Delays caused by customer unavailability, site issues, force majeure, or third-party factors will not attract penalties or compensation.
Product care instructions shared by Wallvish Decor must be followed. Damage due to misuse, moisture, negligence, or improper maintenance is not covered.
Warranty or maintenance coverage (if any) will be clearly mentioned in the quotation or invoice and applies only under normal usage conditions.
Returns or exchanges are processed strictly as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the final quotation.
Customized wallpapers, cut materials, installed products, and used items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Any visible damage or mismatch must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to

Order cancellations are subject to the stage of processing. Any costs already incurred will be deducted from the advance payment.
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after deductions, as per quotation terms.
All website content, designs, images, catalogs, logos, and branding belong to Wallvish Decor and may not be reused without written permission.
Users may not copy, scrape, modify, or commercially exploit website content without authorization.
